Hans Green Hammer Andersen
Hans has more than 15 years of solid
experience with sales, sales management and general management.
Within key account management, field sales, telesales and
retail. Sales, leadership, management and success mentality
have become a passion and therefore Hans have both strong
practical and theoretical knowledge.
He commenced his career as a salesrep at Telepartner A/S.
At 22 he became sales manager for 15 salespeople and at
25 he was promoted to managing director for the Danish subsidiary
with 50 employees. Then he was sales director at Scandinavia
Online, where he helped launch AOK.dk. He continued at Ward
Howell Int., an executive search company, as a recruiter.
He then became managing director at Jobline. The company
was acquisitioned by Monster.com and Hans was later appointed
managing partner for the american owners companies in Denmark
(Monster, TMP Advertising & Communication and the search
company TMP e-Resourcing (today Hudson)) He continued as
managing director at Moment Kandidatkrekruttering. Then
he was recruited to build and operate 40 stores for the
teleoperator 3 in Denmark.
Today Hans owns and operates Salestrainer.dk
– a sales training and recruitment company for salespeople
- and Hammer Andersen Executive Search.
Hans has through his career hired more
than 600 sales people, sales executives and general managers.
His company has placed more than 230 people in these categories
in the last two years.
Hans holds an MBA with distinction
from Edinburgh Business School.
